Rebellen vallen twaalfmaal aan, twee gewonden

Twee Oekraïense soldaten zijn gisteren gewond geraakt bij aanvallen van de pro-Russische rebellen op hun posities. De rebellen vielen twaalfmaal aan, het leger viel negenmaal terug om de aanvallen te doen stoppen. In de provincie Loehansk schoten de rebellen met 120 millimeter mortieren op de versterkte legerposities bij het dorp Trojtske, in de avonduren gevolgd door aanvallen op die bij de dorpen Katerinivka, Novo-Oleksandrivka en Lobatsjeve.

De soldaten bij het stadje Popasna werden aangevallen met pantserwagens en zware machinegeweren, terwijl ze bij het dorp Loehanske te maken kregen met geweervuur. In de omgeving van Donetsk zetten de rebellen mortieren in tegen de soldaten bij het dorp Pavlopil. Met granaatwerpers en lichte infanteriewapens werden de versterkte legerposities bij de stad Avdiivka en het dorp Kamjanka onder vuur genomen.
