Dmitro Dobkin van het Oppositieblok is gisteren betrapt terwijl hij tijdens een parlementszitting 'eventjes' een vakantiereis van ruim 135.000 euro boekte via zijn smartphone. Het YoutTube-kanaal TVgolosnaroda kwam met een filmpje waarop te zien is dat hij een vakantiereis boekt voor zes personen. Het is niet bekend waar deze 'droomreis' naar toe gaat, want Dobkin schermde zijn mobieltje zoveel mogelijk af voor nieuwsgierige meekijkers.

Het filmpje komt vlak nadat bekend is geworden dat veel parlementsleden stikken in het geld. Dit tot verontwaardiging van veel Oekraïners, ondanks dat ze het eigenlijk wel wisten dat de door hen gekozen parlementariërs doorgaans goed in de slappe was zitten.

Dmitro Dobkin is een jongere broer van Michailo Dobkin, de voormalige gouverneur van de provincie Charkiv onder de verdreven president Viktor Janoekovitsj. De broers waren beiden verbonden aan Janoekovitsj' Partij van de Regio's.
